Boggle Gobble

"Gobble, gobble," from Irene
So long absent from the scene.

The time to blog is scarce these days.
No time for lounging in my chaise.

My "to-do" list is like a scroll.
Afraid the stress would take a toll...

I found an on-line Boggle site.
A chance to show the world my might!

A humbling move, I must admit.
I'm not so good. I feel like shit.

Those wordsmiths out in Cyberspace
Have put a frown upon my face.

Thanksgiving tidings to you all.
Enjoy your tender Butterball.

With every good wish for a blessed Thanksgiving gathering and feast.
May those you love, who love you, and God hear, and feel our gratitude.

Don’t know why you fuss and fret
Work yourself into a sweat.
Blogging should be fun for you
Respite from your motley crew.
When your schedule is too full
Don’t take time to shoot the bull.
Spend the time with those cowboys
All the noise and all the joys.

I can't stand that song "It's Christmas Eve in Washington". 97.1 overplays this horrid song every year. There's a bounty of delightful Christmas music, why must they torture us with this song?

The hideousness of that song is worthy of a full post. Give me a couple of days. MY HUSBAND AND I HATE THAT SONG. We cringe every time it comes on. Adieu-Irene

It's December 1st Eve in Washinton. Irene is nowhere to be found. I sure wish she would post more but her social life brings her down.

Irene, please publish your top toy ideas for holiday gifts. Your cowboys' age range makes you an experienced toy shopper.
